Deuteron® Wax TF 105 belongs to the family of waxes, including polyethylene, polyolefins, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and offers various features. These include good printability, improved adhesion, scratch resistance, and good slip properties. Available in powdered form, it serves applications requiring these specific properties for optimal performance.

Deuteron® LE 15P comprises a quaternary ammonium salt absorbed onto a SiO2 carrier. As a cationic surfactant, it functions as an antistatic agent across multiple applications. Its primary mode of operation revolves around surface migration and orientation. The product is presented as a white powder.

Deuteron® Wax PE is a micronized polyethylene wax recognized for its well-balanced performance characteristics. PE waxes stand out as cost-effective materials known for positively impacting mechanical stability and visual appearance. Utilizing Deuteron® Wax PE enhances abrasion and scratch resistance, offering a pleasing matte effect and a pleasant surface feel.

Deuteron® WD PE is a dispersion of micronized Polyethylene wax, free of additives. Polyethylene waxes are preferred for their cost-effectiveness and positive impact on mechanical stability and visual appearance. The inclusion of Deuteron® WD PE improves resistance against abrasion and scratches, enhances matting, and creates a pleasant surface feel. Designed for ease of use in auto dosage units, this liquid dispersion is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without adversely affecting coating performance.

Kemin® C90 is utilized in oil drilling and well stimulation processes. Comprising amides, coco, N-[3-(dimethylamino)propyl], this additive demonstrates high performance across a wide temperature range. Its functions include acting as a corrosion inhibitor and lubricant. Moreover, it bears labeling claims of being bio-based, non-flammable, non-toxic, and sustainable.

STAR YELLOW Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers) is a color reference specially formulated for elastomeric polyurethanes. These colors can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head. The side-panel showing this color reference simulates tone and intensity of color at an LDR of 1%. Color tones may undergo variations depending on the elastomeric system used.

STAR YELLOW Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers)

Deuteron® WD A is a dispersion of micronized amide wax in water, free from additives. It's designed to offer an excellent velvet surface feel, improved sanding properties, and grain enhancement (anfeuerung). This easy-to-use liquid is suitable for auto dosage units and is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without negatively impacting coating performance.

Lanphos TEP 4 is a phosphate ester manufactured using polyphosphoric acid, leading to a product consisting predominantly of mono-esters. Its key advantage over conventional anionics is its excellent stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali, and electrolyte. Supplied in acid form, it can be neutralized with various bases to produce a salt. Lanphos TEP4 provides good wetting, detergency, lubricity, and emulsification properties.

LOREN GREEN Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers)

Sucroplast ATBC is a product resulting from the acetylation of tributyl citrate, a citric acid ester presented as a clear liquid with a distinctive odor. Recommended for use as a plasticizer in applications with food contact, it is easily biodegradable in polyvinyl chloride polymers (PVC) and cellulose derivatives. It also serves as a solvent and fixative in the flexographic and perfumery industries.

Trapylen® 186 EAC is a chlorinated polypropylene dissolved in ethyl acetate. With a higher chlorine content compared to other Trapylen® grades, it exhibits good compatibility with other resins and polymers, excellent pigment wetting, and results in a high-gloss, chemically resistant film. The main advantage of Trapylen® 186 EAC is its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene. However, its resistance against fatty oil and grease is limited.

Deuteron® LE 200 functions as a conductivity additive rooted in a branched quaternary ammonium compound. Employing these anti-static additives enables fine-tuning surface and volume resistivity across diverse systems. Its effectiveness primarily hinges on surface migration and the ionic attributes of the cations. The product presents as a yellowish paste.

Deuteron® ST 125 comprises coarse plastic powders designed to create distinctive surface structures. Deuteron® ST 125 finds application in various coatings and inks. Additionally, these additives can be seamlessly combined with other surface additives, such as matting agents or waxes, offering enhanced versatility in achieving desired surface textures and effects in coatings and inks.

FILCO® 8890 is an epoxy resin available as a milky liquid in a non-ionic water emulsion. Primarily used as a film-former in glass fiber sizings, it's tailored for applications demanding highly soft film characteristics. Its key attributes include being a pure epoxy resin, possessing a narrow particle size distribution, exhibiting hydrolysis and sedimentation stability, and showcasing the high mechanical shear stability of the diluted emulsion.

Trapylen® 188 S serves as an adhesion promoter for various applications involving the coating, bonding, printing, and laminating of polyolefinic plastics. Its primary function is to enhance adhesion to plastics. It belongs to the chemical family of chlorinated polyolefins (CPO) and is compatible with plastics. This product is utilized in packaging coatings, specifically primers and lacquers. Available in diverse forms such as solid resins, resin solutions in organic solvents, water-based dispersions, and UV-curable liquids, it makes for a versatile option across different application methods.

MALDIVES Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

Laripur® 9060EF is a TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) based on PTMG polyether known for its excellent flame-retardant properties. This transparent and halogen-free product is recommended for the production of fire-retardant items and cable extrusion, especially. Its flame-resistant properties make it a suitable choice for applications that require fire protection and safety measures.
