Deuteron® Wax TF 105 belongs to the family of waxes, including polyethylene, polyolefins, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and offers various features. These include good printability, improved adhesion, scratch resistance, and good slip properties. Available in powdered form, it serves applications requiring these specific properties for optimal performance.

Deuteron® Wax PE is a micronized polyethylene wax recognized for its well-balanced performance characteristics. PE waxes stand out as cost-effective materials known for positively impacting mechanical stability and visual appearance. Utilizing Deuteron® Wax PE enhances abrasion and scratch resistance, offering a pleasing matte effect and a pleasant surface feel.

Deuteron® LE 15P comprises a quaternary ammonium salt absorbed onto a SiO2 carrier. As a cationic surfactant, it functions as an antistatic agent across multiple applications. Its primary mode of operation revolves around surface migration and orientation. The product is presented as a white powder.

FILCO® 7902 C is a water-dispersible modified epoxy resin that exhibits a yellowish liquid appearance. It is recommended as a film for glass fiber sizes designed for direct roving applications. Notable material traits include non-flammability, a soft and tacky texture, and excellent water dispersibility.

FILCO® 389 represents a highly unsaturated polyester resin meticulously dispersed within a non-ionic water dispersion, specifically employed as a film former in glass fiber sizings. Notably, FILCO® 389 does not contain DAP (diallyl phthalate) and is suitable for applications involving food contact. Its appearance is that of a milky liquid. Key product characteristics include high unsaturation, integration of a non-ionic emulsifier within the polymer, stability against hydrolysis and sedimentation, a narrow particle size distribution, and remarkable high mechanical shear stability, even in diluted emulsions.

BRIDGE GREY Pigment Dispersion (Flooring) is a color reference specially formulated for industrial flooring. Possible systems include polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic resin, and epoxy resin. This color reference is illustrated at an addition rate of 1%.

BRIDGE GREY Pigment Dispersion (Flooring)

Lansurf AE310W is a nonionic surfactant produced through the reaction of ethylene oxide on a synthetic primary alcohol. This versatile product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants. It demonstrates excellent oil/water and water/oil emulsification, wetting, and detergency properties. Lansurf AE310W finds application in various sectors, including textile auxiliaries, metal processing, paper, leather, standard industrial and domestic detergents, agrochemicals, and paints.

TOPAZ Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

TOPAZ Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

Deuteron® WAX TF is a micronized PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene)-modified polyolefin with a fine particle size distribution and excellent ease of dispersion. PTFE imparts coatings with superior mar resistance and anti-blocking properties. Given the high cost of pure PTFE powders, this product provides a cost-effective solution by combining PTFE with polyolefin, offering many of the outstanding properties of pure PTFE.

Sucroplast ATBC is a product resulting from the acetylation of tributyl citrate, a citric acid ester presented as a clear liquid with a distinctive odor. Recommended for use as a plasticizer in applications with food contact, it is easily biodegradable in polyvinyl chloride polymers (PVC) and cellulose derivatives. It also serves as a solvent and fixative in the flexographic and perfumery industries.

Sucroplast ATBC

Sucroplast TBC is produced through the esterification of citric acid with butanol. This oily, transparent liquid with a characteristic odor is insoluble in water but slightly soluble in alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, acetone, and toluene. Widely used as a primary plasticizer, it exhibits excellent compatibility with polyvinyl chloride and copolymers. Applications include medical and pharmaceutical products, inks, food packaging, stickers, and cosmetics.

Sucroplast TEC FCC results from the esterification of citric acid with ethyl alcohol, presenting as a viscous, transparent liquid with a characteristic odor. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetic applications, it serves as a solvent, diluent, and fixative for perfumes; a plasticizer and film-strengthening agent in hair spray and nail polish; a non-toxic plasticizer and humectant for cigarette filters; and an active ingredient in deodorants.

Trapylen® 186 S is a chlorinated polypropylene with a higher chlorine content compared to other Trapylen® grades. It demonstrates good compatibility with other resins and polymers, excellent pigment wetting, and forms a high-gloss, chemically resistant film. The primary merit of Trapylen® 186 S lies in its outstanding adhesion to untreated polypropylene, PP/EPDM thermoplastic rubber, and, with limitations, polyethylene.

CALLAS Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

Suframide 1050 is a versatile ingredient applicable in various bath and shower products like body wash, bubble bath, and liquid soap. It's designed to offer several benefits, including ease of use, viscosity enhancement, foam boost, stability in formulations, and manageable handling. This compound, identified chemically as Amides, coco, N-(2-hydroxypropyl), serves multiple functions such as foam boosting, stabilization, and viscosity modification in cleaning and cosmetic products. It's also suitable for use in hair care items like shampoos and rinses, contributing to foam enhancement, increased viscosity, and formula stability.

Lansurf AE312W is a nonionic surfactant manufactured through the reaction of ethylene oxide on a synthetic primary alcohol. This product is characterized by its commendable oil/water and water/oil emulsification properties, as well as effective wetting and detergency. Notable features include good emulsification, great detergency, and good wetting. At 25°C, it appears as a clear liquid free from foreign matter, and it is soluble in water.

Antistat 00313 is a quaternary ammonium compound in dibenzoate plasticizer. It appears as a clear, yellowish liquid and is suitable for use in all PVC applications. This additive can be formulated with plastisol blends or in melt-compounded vinyl. Importantly, is an antistatic additive rather than a conductivity agent. Due to its cationic character and high polarity, the electrical resistance of systems containing is significantly reduced, even when used in small quantities.
