FILCO® 362 is an epoxy-ester resin meticulously formulated within a non-ionic water emulsion, serving as a film-former in glass fiber sizings. Its appearance resembles that of a milky liquid. Noteworthy product characteristics include a non-ionic emulsifier embedded within the polymer, a narrow particle size distribution, a commendable shelf life due to hydrolytic resistance and fine particle size, high mechanical shear stability even in diluted emulsions, and robust stability against hydrolysis and sedimentation across a wide pH range.

Functions: Film Former

Chemical Family: Epoxy Ester

Compatible Polymers & Resins: Epoxies (EP), Unsaturated Polyester (UPE)

Processing Methods: Filament Winding
