IncaTara Peruvian Tara Gum Powder is obtained by grinding the endosperm of the seeds of Caesalpinia spinosa (Fam. Leguminosae). It mainly consists of polysaccharides with high molecular weight, primarily composed of galactomannans. The main component is a linear chain of (1, 4)-beta-D-mannopyranose units, with alpha-D-galactopyranose units attached by (1-6) linkages. The ratio of mannose to galactose in tara gum is 3:1.

Characterized by very good mechanical properties and good melting behaviour, it exhibits an excellent processability and it is consequently suggested for the manufacturing of profiles, sheets, films and coating applications.

FILCO® 7902 C is a water-dispersible modified epoxy resin that exhibits a yellowish liquid appearance. It is recommended as a film for glass fiber sizes designed for direct roving applications.
