TRAPYLEN® 9500 W is an water-based dispersion with a solids content of 35%. The special feature of this primer is the high softening point of the polymer of 120°C. This makes TRAPYLEN 9500 W ideal for applications in which, for example, aluminum foil is to be heat-sealed to polypropylene.

Lansurf AE73 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant created through the reaction of ethylene oxide with cetyl oleyl alcohol. This product is compatible with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants. It demonstrates effective oil/water emulsification and serves as a highly efficient emulsifier for vegetable and mineral oils, paraffin waxes, and alkyd resins. It finds applications in various areas, including metalworking, agrochemicals, and oilfield chemicals.

Lansperse LT 87 appears to be a dispersing agent used in the coatings industry. Dispersing agents are essential for dispersing solid particles in a liquid medium, preventing re-agglomeration, and providing stability. The unique feature of Lansperse LT 87 is the use of a natural backbone with anchoring groups and the introduction of a hydrophilic loop. This hydrophilic loop enhances affinity for water and polar solvents, offering steric hindrance and stability. Additionally, the presence of both loops and tails aids in improving stability and reducing flocculation.

Lansurf AE35 is a biodegradable nonionic surfactant created through the reaction of ethylene oxide with a synthetic primary alcohol. This product demonstrates compatibility with soaps, anionic, cationic, and other nonionic surfactants, showcasing excellent oil/water emulsification, wetting, and detergency properties. Notably, this nonionic variant is inherently anhydrous in nature.

Deuteron® XG is a natural biopolymer derived from polysaccharides. It dissolves in both cold and hot water, forming pseudoplastic solutions that can withstand a broad range of temperatures and pH levels. While insoluble in pure organic solvents, it remains stable in both anionic and non-ionic systems. However, in cationic systems, there might be potential compatibility issues. Deuteron® XG contributes to building robust structural viscosity in various applications.

BARBIE Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head.

BARBIE Pigment Dispersion (Footwear)

P.A.T N-Octyl-Pyrrolidone Wetting Agent &amp; Surface Active Solvent is a specialty surfactant which is a linear, N-alkyl-2-pyrrolidone. It combines the hydrophillic, dipolar pyrrolidone ring with a hydrophobic alkyl group and exhibits a unique combination of solvency and surface activity. NOP is multifunctional and provides a variety of performance benefits in a range of applications

Lansperse SL18-60 is a hyperdispersant designed for solvent systems in the coatings industry. Dispersing agents, like SL18-60, play a crucial role in the dispersion of solid particles into liquid mediums. The mechanism involves the surfactant anchoring onto particle substrates and creating a barrier to prevent the re-agglomeration of particles. This process is commonly known as steric stabilization. The unique formulation of Lansperse SL18-60 makes it effective in maintaining particle dispersion in solvent systems, contributing to improved stability and performance in coating applications.
