Kemsurf DSA is a sodium salt neutralized fatty alcohol sulfate. Renowned for its excellent detergency and wetting properties, this product is a key player in cosmetic and toiletry applications. Its compatibility extends to both anionic and nonionic surfactants. It's worth noting that, like similar products in its chemical category, Kemsurf DSA may undergo hydrolysis in acidic environments.

Deuteron® MK is an organic duromeric matting agent that can be utilized in nearly all coating applications, including water-borne, solvent-borne, and 100% systems. These matting agents can be used independently or in combination with other materials to enhance their properties. The unique synthesis of Deuteron MK matting agents results in highly amorphous particle structures with a comparatively high surface area (BET), making them excellent matting agents.

Deuteron® UV 2257 is a solution formulated with Bis-(4-methyl- phenyl)-iodoniumhexafluoro-phosphate dissolved in reactive solvents. This solution utilizes propylene carbonate as a reactive thinner. It boasts no benzene emissions and maintains a low-odor profile, ensuring a more environmentally friendly and user-friendly application.

Trapylen® 139 S is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene renowned for its exceptional affinity to polyolefinic plastics like PP, PP/EPDM blends, and, to a certain extent, PE. It serves a dual purpose as both a straight primer and an adhesion promoter, proving valuable for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary application lies in the realm of paintings and coatings for molded components and sealing profiles within the automotive sector, spanning areas like bumpers, side panels, and door seals. Additionally, Trapylen® finds utility in adhesives and flocking agents for door seals, as well as in various industrial applications where chemically pretreated PP-based plastics are employed.

Deuteron® MM 100 consists of finely dispersed PMU (polymethyl urea) particles within DPGDA (propylene glycol diacrylate). Specifically crafted as matting agents, these preparations cater especially to thin-layer UV-curable coatings and inks. The appearance of this product manifests as a grayish dispersion, offering a unique solution for desired surface finishes in UV-curable applications.

Deuteron® WD A is a dispersion of micronized amide wax in water, free from additives. It's designed to offer an excellent velvet surface feel, improved sanding properties, and grain enhancement (anfeuerung). This easy-to-use liquid is suitable for auto dosage units and is formulated without dispersing additives, emulsifiers, or defoamers, ensuring high compatibility without negatively impacting coating performance.

BARLETTA GREEN Pigment Dispersion (Flooring) is a color reference specially formulated for industrial flooring. Possible systems include polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic resin, and epoxy resin. Deuteron® OG 8670 consists of fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in water. These dispersions are well-suited for a broad range of water-borne systems. Preferred applications for the Deuteron® OG 8670 include inks, wood coatings, can coatings, and metal coatings.

Deuteron® OG 8803 comprises fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in DPGDA. Its versatility allows usage as a scratch-resistant additive for high gloss applications or as a matting agent for high-quality finishes, depending on the addition level. Preferred applications for this product family include overprint varnishes, floor coatings (such as PVC, laminate flooring, and wood floors), and wood coatings.

Deuteron® UV 3100 is designed to facilitate the hardening process of binder systems that undergo cationic polymerization upon UV exposure. This solution is soluble in various binder systems, including common solvents and reactive diluents. It employs C12/C14 glycidilether as a reactive thinner and is characterized by minimal benzene emission and a low-odor profile, contributing to more environmentally conscious and user-friendly applications.

Lanphos PS5 is an effective APE free surfactant and wetting agent for emulsion polymerisation and water bourne emulsion paints. The main advantage of a phosphate ester over a conventional anionic in emulsion polymerisation is it’s excellent stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali and electrolytes, and its ability to impart corrosion inhibition in latex and in-can corrosion in emulsion coatings.

Deuteron® MM 680 is a synergistic compound comprising organic Deuteron® PMU powder (polymethyl urea) combined with inorganic materials.
