Application methods for Rowakryl® M-35023W include rotogravure and magnet bar techniques.

Trapylen® 113 stands as a suitable product for coating plastic parts, particularly when applied as a primer. Application methods include dip-coating, spraying guns, or the tampon printing method. Notably, Trapylen® 113 is specifically designed for use with TPO films.

It is designed for various applications, including top coat, 1K (1 component) coating, 2K (2 component) coating, and lacquers. This product offers flexibility and convenience across different coating scenarios, providing reliable performance in diverse formulations.

Trapur® X 9100 M is a primer and adhesion promoter system designed for coating, bonding, printing, and laminating polyolefinic plastics. It predominantly utilizes raw materials such as chlorinated polyolefins (CPO), chlorine-free modified polyolefins (APO), and polyurethanes (PU). A notable property of this system is its specialization for TPO films, and it is distinguished as chlorine-free. Xylene is employed as the solvent in this formulation.

Trapylen® T 8380 is typically applied via spray coating or, preferably, using a mill-point roller. This ready-to-use primer is based on a chemically modified, low-chlorinated polypropylene. It boasts a relatively high film softening temperature, along with excellent film flexibility and resistance against thermal decomposition.

Trapylen® 145 X 2 is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene recognized for its remarkable affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, to a limited extent in adhesion strength, PE. Notably, the resin in Trapylen® 145 X 2 boasts a higher molecular weight within the range of 110,000 and a significantly lower chlorine content compared to other maleic-modified Trapylen® grades. These distinctive properties contribute to improved adhesion as well as enhanced heat and chemical resistance. However, it's important to note that these enhancements come at the cost of lower solubility and compatibility.

Rowalid® TIM-95121 is a lacquer formulated for applications in awnings and tents. Its key features include good weather stability, resistance against plasticizer migration, outdoor durability, UV resistance, soil resistance, and ease of cleaning. Tailored for use in these settings, this lacquer ensures resilience against environmental elements and provides easy maintenance for awnings and tents, ensuring longevity and cleanliness.

Rowanyl® 101918 is a versatile lacquer formulated for both transfer coating and direct coating processes. It is particularly recommended for applications such as wrinkle-finishing on PVC synthetic leather and glossy finishes when applied to release paper through transfer coating. The solvents used in this ready-to-use top coat, classified as a solventborne coating, include MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone), DMF (Dimethylformamide), and TOL (Toluene). With a wide application range covering bags, furniture, and shoes, it is compatible with various substrates such as paper, foam, PVC-based membranes, and artificial leather. Noteworthy features of Rowanyl® 101918 include flexibility, high gloss, mar resistance, abrasion resistance, softness, and chemical resistance. The recommended application method for this product is air knife coating.

Rowaflon® G-75368 is a product designed for specific applications, serving as a UV protection primer and finding utility in textile architecture. Supplied in a solution form with a white color, it contains solvents such as methylethylketone, methoxypropylacetate, and cyclohexanone. This product is characterized by its weather resistance, long-term UV protection, incorporation of an inorganic UV absorber (TiO2), and excellent adhesion to soft PVC, with the caveat that it is only limitedly suitable for colored substrates and is not recommended for use as a top coat.

Trapylen® 113 S is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene known for its exceptional affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, with certain limitations in adhesion strength, PE. Notably, it possesses a higher molecular weight and a narrow molecular weight distribution compared to other modified chlorinated types. Due to its reduced content of maleic anhydride, this product exhibits good compatibility properties with other binder resins. Trapylen® 113 S finds versatile applications, serving either as a straight primer or as an adhesion promoter for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary use is in paintings and coatings for molded parts, including sealing profiles in the automotive industry, such as bumpers, side panels, and door seals.
