Lansurf SML20-FG serves a dual function as an emulsifier and anti-fogging agent. With a characteristic odor, Lansurf SML20-FG is readily soluble in water, providing ease of incorporation into various formulations.

Fil-Quat DDAC50, containing didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, is deployed in oil drilling and production processes. It's characterized by its high performance across a wide temperature range. Its versatile functions include acting as a biocide, corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor, and cationic surfactant, playing pivotal roles in industrial settings. FILCO® 7900 FDA, represents an unsaturated polyester-epoxy resin available in a non-ionic water emulsion. Classified under the polymer name 'Epoxy-Unsaturated Polyester Resin,' it manifests as a milky liquid and is formulated in a liquid physical form. Notably, this product holds labeling claims certifying its suitability for food contact applications.

Rowakryl® G-35089 is a lacquer specifically designed for applications in awnings, halls, tents, and swimming pools. Notable features of this product include ease of cleaning, good weather stability, resistance to plasticizer migration, outdoor durability, UV resistance, and soil resistance. Tailored for outdoor settings, this lacquer ensures durability, resistance against weathering elements, and easy maintenance across various surfaces and environments.

Trapylen® 135 S is a chemically modified low-chlorinated polypropylene celebrated for its remarkable affinity to polyolefinic plastics, including PP, PP/EPDM-blends, and, with certain limitations in adhesion strength, PE. Versatile in its applications, it serves as either a straight primer or an adhesion promoter for base coats and pigmented primers. Its primary use extends to paintings and coatings for molded parts and sealing profiles in the automotive industry, encompassing applications such as bumpers, side panels, and door seals. Additionally, Trapylen® finds utility in adhesives and flocking agents for door seals. Moreover, it is employed in industrial settings where PP-based plastics undergo chemical pretreatment.

FILCO® 3 JM, a modified epoxy resin in a nonionic water emulsion, presents as a milky liquid. It serves as an ideal film for glass fiber sizes used in various applications such as SMC (Sheet Molding Compound) and BMC (Bulk Molding Compound) roving, as well as chopped strands designed for thermoplastic matrices.

FILCO® 7706 is an aqueous dispersion featuring an aliphatic polyurethane resin designed for glass fiber sizing applications. This specialized resin offers distinct advantages, including a clear color profile, exceptional mechanical properties, and robust resistance to hydrolysis, ensuring optimal performance in composite materials.

Kemsurf EM30, an APE-free alcohol ether sulfate, serves diverse purposes in various applications. It functions as a foam stabilizer in liquid detergents, a primary detergent and foaming agent in industrial and institutional cleaning formulations, a general foaming agent, a dispersing agent, and a key component in emulsion polymerization. Notably, Kemsurf EM30 is employed as a performance substitute for nonyl phenol ether sulfates in emulsion polymerization systems.

Lanphos PE245 is a phosphate ester manufactured with phosphorous pentoxide, resulting in a product containing both mono- and di-esters. Its notable features include excellent stability in high concentrations of acid, alkali, and electrolytes. Supplied in free acid form, when neutralized, the product finds use in various applications such as textiles as a lubrication aid and/or emulsifier, metalworking cutting fluids (especially when amine neutralized), as well as in leather, household, IandI, agrochemicals, and emulsion polymerization.

ABANO VIOLET Pigment Dispersion (PU Foams) is a color reference specially formulated for the coloration of flexible, rigid and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. It is based on organic pigments dispersed in carriers. This shade, and our other color dispersions, are fully compatible with both polyester and polyether polyurethane foams. Addition rates range between 0,1% to 5% on polyol, depending on the desired shade. The illustration simulates shade and colour intensity at a concentration of 2%, at 40 Kg/m3 density. Laripur® 5525EG is a quality polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU). The standard version is suitable for the production of technical items, sport soles, and cattle tags, while the EG version is used for the extrusion of hoses, profiles, transmission belts, and films.

P.A.T H-Tempo (also referred to as 4-Hydroxy-TEMPO) is used as a stabilizer for countering oxidation and/or the polymerization of unsaturated compounds such as acrylic acid, butadiene, styrene, etc. H-TEMPO is also used as a shortstopper for radical polymerization processes, e. g. in the manufacture of oligoester acrylates.

Trapylen® 128 MEK operates as a primer and adhesion promoter system designed for enhancing the adhesion, coating, bonding, printing, and laminating of polyolefinic plastics. It belongs to the Chlorinated Polyolefins (CPO) chemical family and is compatible with plastics. Primarily used in packaging coatings, specifically primers and lacquers, it facilitates strong adhesion on plastic substrates. Available in various forms, such as solid resins, resin solutions in organic solvents, water-based dispersions, and UV-curable liquids, it offers versatility in different application methods.

Deuteron® OG 8672 consists of fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in water. These dispersions are well-suited for a broad range of water-borne systems. Preferred applications for the Deuteron® OG 8672 include inks, wood coatings, can coatings, and metal coatings.

LOREN GREEN Pigment Dispersion (Elastomers) is a color reference specially formulated for elastomeric polyurethanes. These colors can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head. The side-panel showing this color reference simulates tone and intensity of color at an LDR of 1%.
