DOLOMITI GREEN Pigment Dispersion (Flooring) is a color reference specially formulated for industrial flooring. Possible systems include polyurethane, polyurea, polyaspartic resin, and epoxy resin. Laripur® 7018B is a fully transparent soft polyester based, phthalate free, plasticized TPU exhibiting fast processing cycles. Recommended for the production of high flexibility soles, slip properties and very good abrasion resistance exhibits an excellent adhesion to most of two component PU systems. This product combines the advantages of rubbery material to those typical ones of TPU.

BROOKLYN Pigment Dispersion (Footwear) is a color reference specially formulated for the footwear industry. This and other footwear color shades are suitable to color soles (midsole and outsole) and boots made of PU, TPU, and PVC. These liquid pigment dispersions can be used in mass coloration or metered directly into the mixing head. Benzotriazole is a heterocyclic compound containing three nitrogen atoms with the chemical formula C7H6N2. Benzotriazole is known primarily as an effective corrosion inhibitor for copper and its alloys. The appearance is white or slightly yellow with fine granules.

Repi SENZAA REPITAN is a scavenger designed to minimize the presence of aldehydes, particularly addressing odors associated with formaldehyde and acetaldehyde, as well as VOC/fog emissions in polyurethane (PU) components. Its applications are particularly beneficial for automotive interior trim and furniture. This product is recommended for use with PU ether, PU ester, and PU integral skin foams. It is especially effective in conjunction with Repi colors and is particularly useful in scenarios where very low emission levels are required. Repi SENZAA REPITAN can be incorporated as a component in the polyol formulation or introduced separately and directly into the mixing head during the manufacturing process.

Laripur® 4760EG is a polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG) polyether-based thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) known for its excellent resistance to hydrolysis and microbial attack. The standard version of this TPU is specifically formulated for injection molding applications, making it well-suited for the production of technical items. Additionally, there is another version tailored for extrusion processes, allowing for the manufacturing of hoses, cables, profiles, and films. The outstanding resistance to hydrolysis and microbes enhances the durability and reliability of products manufactured with Laripur® 4760EG.

FILCO® 662 is a bisphenolic, unsaturated polyester resin in powder form, boasts a very high molecular weight, ensuring exceptional performance in various applications.
