Deuteron® Wax TF 105 belongs to the family of waxes, including polyethylene, polyolefins, and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and offers various features. These include good printability, improved adhesion, scratch resistance, and good slip properties. Available in powdered form, it serves applications requiring these specific properties for optimal performance.

Shellac Lemon #1 Flaked Shellac is a resin produced by the female lac bug on trees in the forests of India and Thailand. Lemon #1 shellac specifically contains between 2% and 5% natural shellac wax. When utilized, it produces milky dispersions with a medium color shade in various solvents. Coatings and films made with wax-containing shellacs result in surfaces that exhibit a satin gloss. This specific formulation offers a unique combination of resin and wax properties, making it suitable for applications where a particular color shade and satin gloss finish are desired.

Deuteron® OG 250 is a low-melting paraffin preparation suspended in water, featuring a polymeric protective colloid instead of an emulsifier. Initially designed as a temporary and removable protective coating within automotive applications, it is applied through a spray application of the pure product.

Deuteron® SO 510 consists of liquid preparations containing fine elastomer particles suspended in a solvent carrier. Deuteron® OG 8614 comprises of fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions within high-boiling aromatic solvents. Deuteron® OG 8614 presents as white dispersions and is specifically designed for various applications, including can coatings, coil coatings, general metal coatings, and industrial coatings.

Deuteron® OG 8674 consists of fine PMU (polymethyl urea) particle dispersions in water. These dispersions are well-suited for a broad range of water-borne systems. Preferred applications for the Deuteron® OG 8674 include inks, wood coatings, can coatings, and metal coatings.

Deuteron® WAX PP2 is a micronized modified polypropylene wax with well-balanced properties and an attractive economic profile. It's a versatile product suitable for various applications such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (like UV curable), and powder coatings. This wax provides an elegant surface feel, good matting, and excellent mechanical stability. When used with silica, it enhances the polishing resistance and settling properties of heavy materials. In powder coatings, Deuteron® WAX PP2 contributes to good degassing properties.

Deuteron® ST-S as a texturing agent are coarse duromeric plastic powders formulated from PMU (polymethylurea). These agents serve as texture and structuring agents, facilitating functional, haptic, and decorative effects across various applications. As thermoset structuring agents, they are provided in five different particle sizes, allowing for versatility in achieving specific textural characteristics to meet diverse application requirements.

Deuteron® MK-L is an organic duromeric matting agent that finds applications across a broad spectrum of coating formulations, including water-borne, solvent-borne, and 100% systems. These matting agents can serve as stand-alone additives or be combined with other materials to enhance overall performance. They consist of micronized duromeric plastic powders based on PMU (polymethyl urea). The unique synthesis of Deuteron MK matting agents results in highly amorphous particle structures with a comparatively high surface area (BET), making them excellent matting agents.

Deuteron® ST 50 comprises coarse plastic powders designed to create distinctive surface structures. Deuteron® ST 50 finds application in various coatings and inks. Deuteron® Wax A is a micronized amide wax known for delivering an excellent velvet surface feel and enhancing grain (anfeuerung). This versatile product is applicable across various mediums, such as solvent-based, water-based, 100% systems (e.g., UV-curable), and powder coatings. It comprises micronized polyamide wax, offering universal utility in diverse coating systems.

Deuteron® UV RS20 comprises a unique wax dispersion formulated in DPGDA (dipropyleneglycolediacylate) as a reactive thinner. Its purpose is to enhance surface smoothness and improve the resistance to abrasion and scrubbing in UV coatings and printing inks. The application of Deuteron® UV RS20 results in surfaces with pleasant and silky-soft tactile properties.
